Sacred Heart will host their fifth annual plant sale May 8-9 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kathy Hamilton Center, attached to Sacred Heart Church, 139 Third St., New Philadelphia.

There will be annuals and perennials, including sun-loving and shade-loving varieties, as well as seeds, shrubs, berries and more. All potted plants are $5 each, with hundreds to choose from.

The event also will feature a 50/50 raffle and gift basket raffles. This is a great opportunity to find the perfect Mother’s Day gift — or better yet, let her pick out a plant or plants of her choice.
