Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis offers college scholarships
During the previous academic year, the Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club awarded 27 scholarships totaling $13,500
The Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club is offering $500 scholarships to qualified students who live in the Dover or New Philadelphia school districts or attend Dover, New Philadelphia or Tuscarawas Central Catholic high schools.
Scholarships are available to students entering their freshman through senior year of college for the 2026-27 academic year. The application deadline is March 15.
Application materials are available at Buckeye Career Center, Dover High School, New Philadelphia High School, QDA, Kent State University at Tuscarawas and Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School.
Applicants will be evaluated based on academic achievement, school activities, community service and financial need. Additional consideration will be given to students who participate in Kiwanis Circle K or Key Clubs, and to those attending Kent State Tuscarawas.
During the previous academic year, the Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club awarded 27 scholarships totaling $13,500.
