Centerra Co-op acquires Coshocton Grain Company to expand services

Sept. 2 agreement adds soybean processing, grain storage and Hebron intermodal facility to co-op’s Ohio and Pennsylvania network.

Centerra Co-op announced the official acquisition of Coshocton Grain Company, effective Sept. 2.

The agreement adds Coshocton’s soybean processing plant and grain storage and Hebron intermodal grain facility to Centerra’s expanding network. Centerra plans to continue operating both facilities, enhancing capacity, market access and grain-handling services for members across Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
