Casper defeats challenger Mike Kruprzak; three others secure uncontested seats for new terms.

Heather Casper re-elected to Carroll County Fair Board

Incumbent Heather Casper won the two-way race for a seat on the Carroll County Agricultural Society Board in the Oct. 18 election. Casper defeated challenger Mike Kruprzak, according to Fair Board Secretary Mary Piatt.

Uncontested candidates elected to new three-year terms were Rich Popadak of Brown Township, Emily Ott of Washington Township and Shaun Baily of Harrison Township.
