Carroll County voters approve all local tax levies in Nov. 4 election
From township road and fire levies to ambulance and senior center funding, every tax issue on the ballot passed unofficially, while one of two liquor options for Eastern Ohio Sports narrowly gained voter approval.

All tax levy requests on Carroll County ballots were approved unofficially by voters in the Nov. 4 general election.
One of two local liquor options sought by Eastern Ohio Sports was approved by Orange Township voters.
Tax levy requests
— Village of Sherrodsville current expense levy — For 35; Against 19.
— Village of Minerva Senior Center levy — For 435; Against 151. Totals include the counties of Carroll, Stark and Columbiana.
— Augusta Township road levy — For 112; Against 90.

— Loudon Township fire levy — For 112; Against 67.
— Union Township road levy — For 126; Against 103.
— Monroe Township Sherrodsville Fire District levy — For 83; Against 34.
— Sandy Valley Local School District improvements levy — For 1,668; Against 632. Totals include the counties of Carroll, Stark and Tuscarawas.
— B&M Ambulance District levy — For 505; Against 240.
— Quad Ambulance District levy — For 621; Against 273. Totals include the counties of Carroll and Stark.
