Carroll County Arts Center to host Jackie Pozderac art show
The body of work featured in the exhibition is described as reflecting personal and unique experiences
An art sale and exhibition featuring work by Jackie Pozderac will be held Sunday, Feb. 22, from 1-4 p.m. at the Carroll County Arts Center, 204 W. Main St. in Carrollton.
According to the event coordinator, Pozderac’s work primarily uses acrylic paint, a medium she describes as versatile and well-suited for creating a variety of surfaces and techniques. She often combines acrylic paint with additional materials to create textured areas of interest. Pozderac states that art has been an important part of her life since her earliest memories and that she enjoys drawing, painting, crafting, creating and experimenting with new ideas.
The body of work featured in the exhibition is described as reflecting personal and unique experiences through colorful representations of animals, fish, flowers and abstract designs, using various techniques.
Refreshments and music will be available during the event. The Carroll County Arts Center can be reached at 330-627-3739. Additional information is available at carrollcountyarts.org or on Facebook at carrollcountyarts.
