Harcatus seeks public input Oct. 22 on community action plan
Session at New Philadelphia church invites feedback on 2026–27 grant proposal supporting stability and self-sufficiency programs
HARCATUS Tri-County C.A.O. Inc. will hold a public comment session on its proposed Community Services Block Grant plan for Program Year 2026–2027.
The session is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. in the gymnasium of the New Philadelphia First Church of the Nazarene, 233 Fair Ave. NE.
The nonprofit is preparing to apply to the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Community Assistance, for Community Services Block Grant funding that will support programs designed to promote stability and self-sufficiency among low-income residents.
HARCATUS’s work plans focus on outcomes in capacity building, civic engagement, employment, health, social and behavioral development, and partnerships with local service providers.
