Dover Knights of Columbus to host Rosary for Life Oct. 26 at St. Joseph Church
Community invited to gather in prayer for the protection of life during global Month for Life observance; event will move indoors if it rains
The Dover Knights of Columbus will host the Rosary for Life Sunday, Oct. 26, in the parking lot on the south side of St. Joseph Church, 613 N. Tuscarawas Ave. The rosary will begin at 6 p.m. and last about 30 minutes.
The prayer gathering is offered for the preservation of life from conception to natural death and asks for the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This is the second year the Rosary for Life is being held at St. Joseph’s and coincides with similar observances in Catholic parishes around the world during October, recognized by the church as the Month for Life.
All are welcome to join this peaceful gathering. Participants are encouraged to bring rosaries and invite family and friends. In case of rain, the event will move inside the church.
For more information, call the church office at 330-364-6661 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
