Beach City American Legion to serve Swiss steak dinner Oct. 18

Drive-thru event features full homemade meal for $14 with proceeds supporting veterans and local Cub Scouts

The meal includes Swiss steak, three-bean salad, applesauce, mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, corn, bread and dessert.

Beach City American Legion Hall Post 549, 125 Third Ave. NE, will host a Swiss steak dinner Saturday, Oct. 18, from 4-6 p.m., or until sold out. Drive-thru carryout only; watch for signs for entry.

Meals include three-bean salad, applesauce, mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, corn, bread and dessert for $14. Three-bean salad is also available by the quart for $14.

Cub Scout Pack 930 will sell popcorn during the event. Proceeds support veterans. For hall rental information, call 330-340-1159.
