Rev. John Bramley will be the speaker for the fourth Coshocton County Lenten Luncheon from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 11 at The Coshocton Presbyterian Church, 142 N. Fourth St.

Bramley currently serves as pastor to West Lafayette United Methodist Church and the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church. He entered into full-time ministry following his retirement from a 40-year career as an electrician in the Cleveland area. Prior to that, Bramley was involved in his home church, Willoughby United Methodist, serving in an array of leadership roles. He and his wife Wendy moved to the area in July 2025.

Bramley’s message is titled “A New Heaven and a New Earth,” and the scriptural text is from Revelation 21:1-4 and 22:1-5.

Those attending the luncheons are given a choice of soups and pies provided by area churches. New Life Ministries and Keene United Methodist Church will provide the soups and pies for this week. One of the soups will be prepared by the students of Mike Cichon’s culinary class at the Coshocton County Career Center. Students from area high schools involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes assist the churches with additional workers.

Tables are supplied with cheese provided by Pearl Valley Cheese. Donations are accepted to help defray expenses. Church Women United coordinates this event. Donations for the meal will be taken.

Parking is available in the small parking lot adjacent to the church. Additional parking can be found in the city parking lot near the church.
