Malvern students and MCDF bring color to downtown

The Malvern Community Development Fund received help from Brown Local Schools students this year in planting flowers in planters downtown, by the library and near Village Hall.
Flower co-chairwomen Karen Wackerly and Sandy Moeglin thanked the student volunteers — Kendra Verboski, Jacob McClelland, Tyler Witherow, David Krutilek and Shyanne Cutlip — along with their French teacher, Chelsea Laser, for contributing to the community’s beautification efforts.
The MCDF Board of Trustees also expressed appreciation for the group’s work to enhance the village.
