Dancing in the Park returns to Malvern Sept. 6

Malvern's Dancing in the Park will return Saturday, Sept. 6, at Community Park on West Canal Street, Route 183, with a full day of entertainment, activities, food and fun.
The festival, sponsored by the Malvern Community Development Fund, will run from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and feature a free children’s play area with games and inflatables, Outback Ray and his Amazing Animals, chainsaw carver and artist Doug Ash, live music, a basket raffle, food and craft vendors, a car cruise-in and a beer garden.
The schedule of events includes:
— 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Car Cruise-In
— 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. — Outback Ray and his Amazing Animals
— 1 to 6 p.m. — Free children’s play area with games and inflatables
— Noon to 7 p.m. — Food and craft vendors
— Noon to 6 p.m. — Basket raffle, drawing at 6 p.m.
— Noon to 7 p.m. — Doug Ash, artist and chainsaw carver
— Noon to 9 p.m. — Beer garden
— Noon to 4 p.m. — Malvern’s own DJ Tyree
— 5 p.m. — Malvern Drumline and Cheerleaders
— 7 to 9 p.m. — Ozark Mountain Mercy Band
