Seven Seventeen Credit Union Inc. of Warren has filed a complaint against Connie D. Mackie and Joseph T. Ayers, both of 3314 Gable Road NW, Dellroy, seeking judgment for $21,048.73 due on a consumer installment loan and security agreement for $33,97.59 executed Aug. 14, 2021.

Criminal cases
Tonya K. Foutty, 43, of Gallo Road, Carrollton, has withdrawn former not guilty pleas to an Aug. 6, 2025, indictment charging her with aggravated possession of drugs (a fifth-degree felony) and tampering with evidence (third-degree felony) and entered guilty pleas to an amended indictment charging her with Count 1 and obstructing justice (first-degree misdemeanor). Foutty was sentenced to a three-year community control program on 17 conditions, including successfully following Wellmore Treatment Center’s program and paying all court costs within 36 months.
Danny C. McCormick, 68, of 2726 26th St. SE, Canton, has withdrawn former not guilty pleas to an Aug. 6 indictment charging him with possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs (both fifth-degree felonies) and drug paraphernalia offenses (fourth-degree misdemeanor) and entered guilty pleas to Counts 1 and 2. McCormick was sentenced to a three-year community control program on 16 conditions, including payment of all court costs within 36 months.
As a result of the defendant being found incompetent to stand trial, Douglas C. Dayton, 54, of 5626 Westfall St. SE, Waynesburg, who was indicted June 4, 2025, on charges of assault and disorderly conduct, has been ordered hospitalized at Heartland Behavioral Health Center for a period not to exceed six months and to participate in inpatient treatment for competency restoration.
At a Nov. 18, 2025, review hearing, the court found Ronald E. Green, 65, formerly of N. Lisbon St., Carrollton, remains a seriously mentally ill person subject to hospitalization, and Summit Behavioral Health continues to be the least restrictive treatment alternative consistent with his mental health needs and the safety of the community.
Therefore, Green was ordered to remain hospitalized in Summit Behavioral Healthcare, a secure facility, to continue his course of treatment and Level 2 on Level Red AWOL Escape Precautions with no increase in privilege level.
Green was indicted Sept. 13, 1987, for aggravated murder in connection with the Nov. 6, 1987, death of his mother, Ann Green. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity, which was granted May 7, 1988, and ordered committed to the Timothy B. Moritz Forensic Center in Columbus.
Substantial evidence has been found that Donald L. Unkefer Jr., 39, of 710 Valley St., Minerva, has violated a three-year probation imposed Oct. 10, 2024, on conviction of aggravated possession of drugs. However, the court elected not to revoke Unkefer’s community control sanctions at this time, with all other terms remaining in full force and effect as modified.
Marsha M. Ullman, 46, of 3300 Ivory Road NW, Carrollton, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging her with strangulation and domestic violence; defendant released on a $20,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Jan. 22, 2026, for a pretrial with the temporary protection order issued in Carroll County Municipal Court to remain in full force.
Albert M. Ullman III, 38, of 3300 Ivory Road NW, Carrollton, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with strangulation and domestic violence; defendant released on a $20,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Jan. 22 for pretrial.
Nicholas B. Richard, 23, of 17 Itawamba Trail, Malvern, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, two counts of vehicular assault and two counts of driving under the influence; defendant released on a $50,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Jan. 8 for pretrial.
Probable cause has been found that Gary Lynn Reece, 54, of 607 Stadium St., Minerva, has violated a two-year intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan imposed March 11, 2024, on conviction of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, criminal damaging and aggravated menacing; defendant released on a $25,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Jan. 8 for a merits hearing.
Jordan M. Poracky, 24, of 3300 Ivory Road NW, Carrollton, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with strangulation and domestic violence; defendant released on a $20,000 recognizance bond and temporary protection order issued in Carroll County Municipal Court remains in full force; case continued to Jan. 22 for pretrial.
Troy A. Campbell, 58, of 7162 Sandy Lane NW, Malvern, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with felonious assault; bond set at $50,000 cash or surety and case continued to Dec. 11 for pretrial.
Joseph L. Myers, 35, of 8708 Clay St., Mineral City, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs and inducing panic; defendant released on a $25,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Dec. 11 for pretrial.
Trent A. Boyle, 28, of 405 Alameda Ave., Minerva, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with assault, domestic violence and resisting arrest; defendant released on a $25,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Dec. 11 for pretrial.
Todd E. Misitano, 52, of 7949 Halton St. SE, Waynesburg, has entered a not guilty plea to a Nov. 5 indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia offenses; defendant released on a $25,000 recognizance bond and case continued to Dec. 11 for pretrial.
Trial provisions remain tolled due to the defendant’s request for a second opinion of a competency restoration report in the case of Thomas J. Snyder, 37, of 5081 Citrus Road NW, lot 2, Malvern, involving a July 9, 2024, indictment charging him with three counts of domestic violence and an Oct. 2, 2024, indictment charging Snyder with two counts of domestic violence and one count each of disrupting public service, abduction and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; $500,000 cash or surety bond reinstated and both cases continued for further hearing at the call of the court pending results of a second evaluation.
As a result of a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity filed in the case of Amy A. Whaley, 58, of 448 N. Lisbon St., Carrollton, Whaley has been ordered to be examined by the Forensic Diagnostic Center of District Nine at Byesville regarding an Oct. 1, 2025, indictment charging her with rape, attempted rape, sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.
Civil action dismissed
The other civil action filed July 15, 2025, by Tracye Mark of 25 Manito Trail, Malvern, vs. Michelle Rouse of Trinity, Ala., has been ordered dismissed due to the plaintiff’s failure to file an amended complaint and prosecute.
Other civil action settled, dismissed
The other civil action filed Jan. 27, 2025, by Jeff Hartman of 234 Blue Spruce Court, Seville, vs. Theresa A. Huszka of 118 Farmstead Place, Maple Hill, N.C., has been settled and dismissed.
