Volunteer Connect Fair set for Sept. 24 at Tuscarawas County Senior Center
Volunteer Leaders in Action invites residents to explore local service opportunities Sept. 24, 4–6 p.m., with coffee, desserts and door prizes.
Volunteer Leaders in Action will host the Volunteer Connect Fair Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 4-6 p.m. at the Tuscarawas County Senior Center.
The event invites community members of all ages to discover volunteer opportunities while enjoying coffee and desserts during a social hour. Organizations from across Tuscarawas County will be on hand to discuss their programs and ways residents can give back.
Door prizes will be awarded every 15 minutes, and a grand prize drawing at the end of the event will feature an air fryer, a cookbook and a $25 grocery gift card.
The fair offers a chance to learn about the nonprofits serving Tuscarawas County and to make connections whether you are new to volunteering or looking for additional ways to contribute.
