Strasburg library to host family carnival Sept. 11

The carnival will take place throughout the library grounds, including the lawn, event space and inside the branch.

The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host a carnival at its Strasburg Branch at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11.

“We are excited to create a free family event where you can create lifelong memories and have fun as we begin to transition into autumn,” said Emily Crilley, Strasburg Branch supervisor.

The carnival will take place throughout the library grounds, including the lawn, event space and inside the branch. Train rides will be provided by the Tuslaw Lions Club, which owns and operates the train.

The event is free, but registration is required. Sign-ups open Sept. 3 and can be made through the library’s online event calendar at tusclibrary.org or by calling 330-878-5711.

The Strasburg Branch is at 356 Fifth St. SW in Strasburg.
