Coffee entrepreneur to demonstrate brewing techniques at Dover Library
Dave Hart to share bean selection tips and pour-over methods during Nov. 19 program with coffee samples for attendees
Dave Hart, owner of three coffee shops, will give an overview of the specialty coffee industry at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Dover Public Library, 525 N. Walnut St.
After offering tips for selecting and storing coffee beans at home, Hart will demonstrate various pour-over brewing techniques. Coffee samples will be available at the conclusion of the program.
Hart, a Tuscarawas County native, is a lifelong veteran of the food and beverage industry. He earned a degree in culinary arts from the Oregon Culinary Institute and owns three coffee shops in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky area.
