Artists invited to create ornaments for HeART of Healthcare Holiday Tree
Tuscarawas Arts Partnership and Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured seek handcrafted ornaments reflecting healing and hope for a community art display running Dec. 1–Feb. 14, 2026.
The Tuscarawas Arts Partnership and the Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured are partnering on a community art initiative, the HeART of Healthcare Holiday Tree, and are inviting local artists to create and donate handcrafted ornaments for display at the clinic.
Artists are encouraged to interpret the healing power of healthcare, with ideas ranging from awareness ribbons and tributes to patients or providers to other expressions of healing and hope. The tree will be installed at the TCWU office beginning Monday, Dec. 1, at 8 a.m., and will remain on display through Valentine’s Day 2026.
Ornaments may be created in any medium, must be no larger than 4 inches by 4 inches, weigh no more than 8 ounces, and arrive ready to hang with a wire or hook. There is no cost to participate beyond materials. After the display period, artists may choose to have their ornament returned or donate it to remain part of the clinic’s collection.
For questions or to participate, contact Pam Dummermuth at pamd@tuscarawasclinic.com or Wilma Mullet at wilmakm@tuscarawasartspartnership.org.
