Save & Serve contributes to Holmes County Trail
Save & Serve Thrift Shop will donate $4,235.51 to the Holmes County Trail from its Community Benefit Day held Saturday, Aug. 9.
The contribution supports the trail’s ongoing upkeep and accessibility, enhancing a safe, car-free corridor used by walkers, runners, cyclists, buggies, families and visitors throughout the region.
“As we mark our 50th anniversary, we’re focused on practical ways to serve our neighbors,” said Eric Raber, executive director of Save & Serve. “Investing in shared spaces like the Holmes County Trail is exactly what our mission looks like in practice.”
Benefit Days are scheduled throughout the year, with 100% of store sales on those dates donated to a designated nonprofit partner. The program channels everyday shopping into direct support for local needs and community assets.
For updates on future Benefit Days or to learn how to participate by shopping, donating or volunteering, follow Save & Serve Thrift Shop on social media or visit www.saveandserve.org.
