Millersburg, Glenmont Head Start sites plan open house events
Art shows highlight student creativity and early education programs
Head Start will host open houses and art shows at its Millersburg and Glenmont locations May 7 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Millersburg event will take place at 224 N. Clay St., while the Glenmont event will be held at the Glenmont Community Building, 108 Main St., Glenmont.
The events will highlight student artwork and provide an opportunity for community members to learn more about Head Start’s role in supporting early childhood education and family development. Visitors can meet staff, tour classrooms and explore the programs offered at both sites.
Artwork on display will include projects created by children using a variety of materials.
The events are open to the public and are designed to give families and community members a closer look at the impact of Head Start programs.
