Garaway boys bowling rolls past Claymont in IVC action
Pirates earn Dec. 15 win as teams also compete in conference bowling and middle school basketball
Garaway picked up a 2,405-1,891 win over Claymont in Inter-Valley Conference boys bowling action Dec. 15.
Corbin Clymer (214-266-480), Ethan Specht (192-240-432) and Tyler Troyer (231-193-424) led the Pirates.
Newcomerstown downed Garaway 2,231-2,145 in IVC play Dec. 11.
Troyer (189-184-373), Clymer (157-188-345) and Specht (135-188-323) paced the Pirates.
Conotton Valley rolled to a 2,474-2,059 win over Garaway in an IVC clash Dec. 10.
Specht (175-173-348), Preston Weaver (175-165-340) and Graem Wallick (166-167-333) led the Pirates.
Girls bowling
Garaway beat Newcomerstown 1,687-1,377 in an IVC battle Dec. 11.
Harmony Clymer led the Pirates and all bowlers with a 299 series.
Conotton Valley picked up an 1,823-1,627 win over Garaway in an IVC clash Dec. 10.
Clymer (311 series) and Erin Meek (294) paced the Pirates.
