Help Holmes Rails to Trails beautify Hipp Station

Holmes County Rails to Trails Coalition is looking for a few green thumbs or at least a few people who enjoy being in the great outdoors for a good cause.

Jen Halverson, Holmes County Park District director and Rails to Trails board member, said they are seeking volunteers to aid in a trail workday from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, May 9 at the Millersburg Depot.

Volunteers are asked to bring their gloves, trowels and watering cans and help prepare the flower beds for the season while also learning about native plants. A rain date is set for the following Saturday.
