Pups & Pancakes Brunch to benefit humane society

A Pups & Pancakes Brunch will be held Sunday, Aug. 31, to benefit the Harrison County Humane Society.

The fundraiser will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Zion Retreat & RV Park, 334 High Street, Flushing.

Promoted as a "morning of fun, food and furry friends," the event is open to the public. Activities will include a 50/50 raffle, duck race and gift basket raffles.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children. All proceeds will support the humane society.
