Cadiz Women’s Golf League announces winners

The play of the day for the Cadiz Women’s Golf League May 20 was low gross score. Hostesses were Kathy Newburn and Cathy Jackson.

Weekly winners were Roberta Cireddu, A Flight; Brenda Hartley, B Flight; and Mary Carter, C Flight. Putt winners were Laura Froehlich, Judy Crawshaw and Sandy Terek. Cireddu had a birdie, and Hartley had a chip-in.

The league played low gross score on the front nine June 3. The event was hosted by Carter and Cireddu.

Winners were Cireddu, A Flight; Donna Griffin, B Flight; and Denise Augustine, C Flight. Putt winners were Sherry Sapon, Cireddu, Kathy Smith, Griffin and Kim Ochsenbine.

Kathy Newburn, Tracy Amos, Jan Schultz, Cireddu and Marilyn Kenny had birdies. Paula Hope, Newburn and Kenny had chip-ins.
