Coshocton drops first game of season, River View falls in pair of tough matchups

The Coshocton Lady Redskins put up a strong fight Saturday afternoon, Dec. 13 at the Wigwam, but Patriot Prep Academy pulled away late for a 71–50 victory, handing Coshocton its first loss of the season.

The Lady ’Skins cut the deficit to just four points in the second half, threatening to swing momentum, but the Eagles (5-1) responded with a strong finish down the stretch to seal the win.

River View

On Dec. 10 Tri-Valley won 74–46 over River View.

The Sheridan Lady Generals jumped out to an early lead and rolled to a 59–33 victory over the River View Lady Bears on Saturday, Dec. 13, in Warsaw.

Elaina Brenly led River View with 14 points, and Regan Foster chipped in eight.

On Dec. 10 Tri-Valley used a balanced offensive attack, placing four players in double figures on the way to a 74–46 victory over River View.

Reagan Lamonica led the Lady Dawgs with 18 points, followed by Emma Smith with 15. Claire Murrey added 14, and Maddie Garber contributed 11 to round out the scoring surge.

River View’s Kortnee Mickle delivered a standout performance, leading all scorers with 20 points in a highlight-reel effort. Elaina Brenly also reached double digits for the Lady Bears, finishing with 15.
