Ridgewood FFA officers earn gold awards
Chloe Marquis, Jordan Mizer and Layla Moore were recognized at the Ohio FFA Convention for chapter leadership and service
Three officers from the Ridgewood FFA Chapter were recently recognized at the Ohio FFA Convention for earning Gold Rated Officer Awards, an honor achieved by only a select number of FFA officers across the state.
Reporter Chloe Marquis, Treasurer Jordan Mizer and Secretary Layla Moore each received the award in recognition of their leadership, dedication and service to the chapter throughout the year.
The Gold Rated Officer Award highlights officers who successfully complete responsibilities and demonstrate strong commitment to their chapter and the FFA organization. While many students serve as officers, not all meet the qualifications required to earn the distinction.
