United Way of Coshocton welcomes new board members, announces 2026 leadership

Dean Hettinger to serve as board president, Tisha Babcock as vice president as organization strengthens community impact.

The United Way of Coshocton announced the appointment of several new board members and updates to its board leadership as the organization continues its mission of improving the health, education and financial stability of individuals and families throughout Coshocton County.

These leaders bring experience and commitment to strengthening United Way’s ability to meet local needs and support essential programs.

New board members include Shirley Dobbins, treasurer, Peoples Bank; Tana Fischer, The HomeStead of Coshocton; Mike White, retired from Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office; Natalie Holbrook, WTNS; and Betsy Crossley, Windsorwood.

In addition to welcoming new members, United Way of Coshocton announced Dean Hettinger as the new president of the board and Tisha Babcock as the new vice president, effective January 2026.

United Way also extends its appreciation to Steve Oster, who is stepping off the board after serving with dedication and leadership since 2016. His commitment and advocacy have played a role in strengthening United Way’s impact across the community.
