Ridgewood FFA members earn prestigious American Degrees

Ridgewood FFA members Hayden Kilchenman and Johnathan Woodward were recently honored at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, where they each received the American FFA Degree, the highest honor an FFA member can earn.

With over 1 million FFA members nationwide, only about 5,100 earned this degree in 2025, placing Kilchenman and Woodward among the top one-half of 1% of members.

The award recognizes years of dedication, leadership and achievement in agricultural education. Both members stayed motivated through challenges and took full advantage of the opportunities FFA provides.
