Historic Roscoe Village will host its 55th annual Christmas Candlelighting Saturday, Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. in the heart of the village.

Historic Roscoe Village will host its 55th annual Christmas Candlelighting Saturday, Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. in the heart of the village.

Make a whole day of it by coming early for the Roscoe Christmas tour, browsing shops and having dinner before the event. Guests also can visit with Santa and get free cookies and hot cider as the community gathers to welcome the season with music and the lighting of the village Christmas tree.

On Saturday, Dec. 13, visitors also can attend the Christmas Crafters event inside the Roscoe Village Visitor Center from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring 16 vendors.
