Fair Board election petitions due Oct. 13

Monday, Oct. 13, at noon is the deadline to file petitions for six seats on the Carroll County Agricultural Society, also known as the Fair Board. The annual election will take place Saturday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Senior Fair Board office under the grandstand at the Carroll County Fairgrounds.

Seats open this year represent Brown, Fox, Washington, Monroe, Rose and East townships.

Candidates must be Carroll County residents, at least 18 years old, hold 2025 membership and be members in good standing. Petitions are to be returned to the Senior Fair Board office.
