June 27, 2025 on State Route 151, Wesley Lowe for Rape, a Felony of the First Degree, Kimberly Bias for
Tampering with Evidence, a Felony of the Third Degree, Tonya Wagner and Lukas Stewart for Burglary
and Complicity to Burglary Felonies of the Second Degree, Taylor Harbourt for Illegal Conveyance or
Possession of a Deadly Weapon or Dangerous Ordnance in a School Safety Zone, a Felony of the Fifth
Degree, and Johnathan Kovacik for Theft and Misuse of Credit Cards, Felonies of the Fifth Degree.
