The Paul Bunyan Show will take place Oct. 3–5 at the Guernsey County Fairgrounds, offering a weekend of machines, sawdust and lumberjacks.
Advance ticket sales are available at thepaulbunyanshow.com, where visitors can save money, skip the line and access maps, exhibitor lists and the 2025 show guide.
“It’s not simply the association’s trade show,” said Jenna Reese, executive director of the Ohio Forestry Association. “The Paul Bunyan Show is a three-day exposition of Ohio’s forest products industry.”
About 170 exhibitors will showcase their newest products, many with live equipment demonstrations. Title sponsors are Husqvarna, in its 19th consecutive year, and Tigercat, a longtime exhibitor serving as a first-time title sponsor in 2025. Husqvarna will also provide training in chainsaw safety, cutting and felling techniques, technical tree climbing, aerial cutting and hazard cutting.
Other sponsors include Columbus Equipment Company, LaRoche Tree Service Inc., Murphy Tractor and Rudd Equipment.
The weekend will feature training sessions, lumberjack competitions and the Great Lakes Timber Show. Educational sessions for landowners will be held in the Education Hall. A wood auction is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, offering firewood, sawn lumber and more.
The Paul Bunyan Show is presented by the Ohio Forestry Association, which supports the management of Ohio’s forest resources and strengthens business opportunities in the forest products industry and related enterprises.
