The Paint-the-Plow program gives students the opportunity to paint an ODOT snowplow blade. The blades are displayed at local community events before being used in winter operations, typically within the same school district that painted the plow. In recognition of the nation’s 250th anniversary, participants are encouraged to create designs that honor the United States.
