County library donation drive supports Jaxon’s Bricks for Bravery
Jaxon’s Bricks for Bravery hopes to bring joy, one brick at a time
The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is hosting a donation drive in partnership with local nonprofit Jaxon’s Bricks for Bravery.
“We will be collecting LEGO sets to be distributed to children in local hospitals,” said Megan Kovalaske-Grimm, public relations associate. “All donated sets must be new, unopened, and priced at approximately $25 retail or less.”
Jaxon’s Bricks for Bravery hopes to bring joy, one brick at a time, to children in honor of Jaxon Britton, who passed away in 2024 at age 5.
Donations will be accepted from January through March at the library system’s five locations: the Main Library in New Philadelphia, as well as the Bolivar, Strasburg, Sugarcreek and Tusky branches. Donations will be given to children who are hospitalized or dealing with medically complex health issues.
For library hours and addresses, visit tusclibrary.org or call 330-364-4474. For more information on Jaxon’s Bricks for Bravery, visit bricksforbravery.org.
