Coshocton Library launches adult summer challenge
Celtic Rush to perform St. Patrick’s Day concert
Celtic Rush is a group of friends who perform throughout northeast Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania
Celtic Rush, a traditional Irish band from northeast Ohio, will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a concert at Dover Public Library Sunday, March 15, at 2 p.m.
Celtic Rush is a group of friends who perform throughout northeast Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The band plays a variety of instruments, including fiddle, guitars, tin whistle, upright bass, mandolin and Irish drum, also known as the bodhran. The group will perform Irish jigs, reels and hornpipes.
“Spending the afternoon with our Celtic Rush friends is a wonderful way to say good-bye to the winter weather and to usher in a brighter and warmer spring,” said Sherrel Rieger, adult programming specialist. “We are so grateful to the Friends of the Library who are sponsoring the concert again this year.”
The Book Cellar will be open 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the program.
