Christian Mullet scored the Hawks’ lone goal off an assist
from Roman Tkachuk. Goalie Chase Coblentz recorded two saves.
“This was an extremely frustrating game,” Hawks coach Scott
Bodiker said. “We played well enough to win the game but just didn't quite do
what was necessary to make that happen. We missed several golden opportunities including a penalty kick and gave up two counterattack goals in the second
half when we were dominating the game. It was a good learning experience for us,
and we will learn moving forward. I still feel very good about what we've done
through five games.”

Troyer scored once. Rowen Miller and Luke Bodiker had an assist. Coblentz
finished with one save.
“After a lackluster first half, we turned up the energy and
our focus the second half,” coach Bodiker said. “It was a tough week with four
games in eight days, and we persevered and played overall very well through
those four games.”

coach Bodiker said. “We got through the game with no injuries and played a lot
of different guys, so it was a good night for us.”
