The letter your loved ones will treasure
Come to his cross, where his anchor holds
Jesus is the master of the sea.
All the winds and waters obey thee!
Everything bows to the name of Jesus.
He is the Lord and never will leave us.
When strong winds blow and begin making a fright,
“Peace be still!” says the Lord with his words of might.
There’s no fear on God’s amazing boat.
He is our life preserver and keeps us afloat.
Jesus holds us up for he is our anchor.
Our God is our creator and maker!
He knows how to fix our broken parts,
And he comforts and heals our broken hearts.
God’s words are life and speak to our soul,
Removing all doubts and making us whole.
When fiery darts take their aim,
The Lord will not put up with that game!
The eyes of the Lord see in every place.
The Lord for us has much grace.
“Is anything too hard for me?”
Says Jeremiah 32:27.
He is our God and our Father that is in heaven!
God made a way where we couldn’t see.
Our sins he tossed like debris.
To put on new and remove the old,
“The Christ redemption” story is told.
Come to his cross, where his anchor holds.
His atoning blood for you unfolds.
His forgiveness is a free gift because Jesus made it so.
Ask him believing and one day to heaven you’ll go!
