At a public hearing April 6, the Village of Hartville Planning Commission reviewed a general plan for three storage buildings at a property at 675 Wales Drive. A representative of the architectural firm explained the plan. The buildings will be used by business tenants.

Zoning Administrator Ray Bednarczyk asked about the number of parking spaces. Councilman James Sullivan, chairman of the Planning Commission, said a letter from the Hartville Volunteer Fire Department indicated its only concern was that the plan include Knox boxes for the doors.

All members of the Planning Commission voted to send a recommendation for approval to Village Council for review at its meeting April 13.

Sullivan said council is planning changes to the zoning ordinance, and the Planning Commission will include some changes.
