The Auxiliary at WVU Medicine Harrison Community Hospital recently funded the purchase of 10 new office chairs and new wheels for five environmental services carts, supporting staff comfort and daily efficiency throughout the hospital.

Though small in numbers, the auxiliary’s impact is meaningful. The three-member volunteer group continues its longstanding commitment to strengthening the hospital and supporting the team that cares for the community each day.

“We’re proud to support the staff at Harrison Community Hospital in any way we can,” Joyce Klingler, Harrison Community Hospital Auxiliary president, said. “It’s an honor for our auxiliary to give back in a way that helps those who work so hard to serve our patients and community.”

The Harrison Community Hospital Auxiliary remains dedicated to investing in improvements that enhance the hospital and has purchased more than $500,000 worth of equipment over the last several decades.
