HSBC Bank National Association of W. Palm Beach, Fla., has filed a complaint for foreclosure against Alice F. and Larry N. Martin of 5018 Broadway Ave. NE, Louisville, et al., seeking judgment for $73,101.80 due on a promissory note for $96,000 executed Aug. 30, 2006.

First Bank of Ohio at Tiffin has filed a complaint for money and replevin against Jessica M. and Andrew Flowers of 4101 Lodge Rd., Sherrodsville, seeking judgment for $5,221 due on a promissory note for $8,397.63 executed Feb. 19, 2022.
Strata Petroleum LLC of Cabot, Ark., has filed a complaint for appointment of a receiver against Vickie L. Hennig of 6684 Hills and Dales Rd. NW, Canton, regarding the purchase of the defendant’s mineral interest involving mineral rights in Carroll County.
Victor D. and Jennifer K. Kidder of 40 Manito Trail, Malvern, have filed action for a declaratory judgment regarding an alleged trespassing express easement, private nuisance and injunctive relief against Evergreen Citrus LLC, c/o Cogency Global Inc. of Hilliard.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are seeking a declaratory judgment concerning their ownership of 5051 Citrus Rd. and Morges Rd., Malvern, and their express easement for ingress and egress purposes over the existing roadway of property at 5081 Citrus Rd.; plaintiffs also are seeking compensatory and punitive damages and a preliminary injunction against the defendants from interfering with the plaintiffs’ use of roadways to property at 5081 Citrus Rd.
Farm Credit Mid-America PCA of Washington Court House has filed a complaint regarding a promissory note and security agreement against Isaac T. Moser of 312 Plain St., Malvern, in which the plaintiff is seeking judgment for $15,852.36 due on a commercial line of credit agreement for $16,000 executed Jan. 13, 2023.
Judgment granted
Carrollton Mortgage Services LLC of Anaheim, Calif., has been granted judgment for $21,448.83 involving a foreclosure action filed June 23, 2025, against Rick and Donna J. Santee of 3230 Gable Rd. NW, Carrollton, et al.
Criminal cases
A capias has been issued for the arrest of Gary Lynn Reece, 34, of 607 Stadium St., Minerva, for a violation of a 2-year intervention plan imposed March 11, 2024, on conviction of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.
Bond has been set at $50,000 cash or surety in the case of Danny C. McCormick, 68, of 2726 26th St. SE, Canton, regarding an Aug. 6, 2025, indictment charging him with possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia offenses; case was continued to Nov. 20 for a pretrial.
Kase K. Plunket, 35, of 104 Josh Lane NW, Carrollton, has withdrawn a former not guilty plea to a Sept. 3, 2025, indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs (third-degree felony), possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia offenses (both first-degree misdemeanors), and entered guilty pleas to counts 1 and 2. Plunket was sentenced to a 3-year community control program on 16 conditions, which include a $500 fine and all court costs to be paid within 36 months.
Robert T. Lewis, 30, of 273 2nd St. Apt. A, Carrollton, has withdrawn a former not guilty plea to a Sept. 3, 2025, indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs (fifth-degree felony) and possession of drugs (first-degree misdemeanor) and entered guilty pleas to an amended indictment charging Lewis with attempted aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs (both first-degree misdemeanors). Lewis was sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, the jail time was suspended and Lewis was placed on a 1-year probation with 17 conditions, including a $500 fine and all court costs to be paid within 12 months.
Substantial evidence has been found that Angelo A. Mohn, 39, of 2645 Fox Ave., Minerva, has violated a 3-year probation imposed Sept. 27, 2024, upon being granted judicial release of an 18-month prison sentence imposed June 12, 2024, on conviction of two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (each third-degree felonies). However, the court elected not to revoke Mohn’s community control sanctions at this time and instead modified them to include a 4- to 6-month confinement to the Stark Regional Community Correction Center or until completion of the program at that facility.
Probable cause has been found that Matthew J. Mayle, 50, of 1795 Lilly Rd., Canton, has violated a 5-year probation imposed Feb. 25, 2022, when he was granted a judicial release from a 2- to 3-year prison sentence imposed July 7, 2021, upon conviction of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation (second-degree felony). Bond has been set at $50,000 cash or surety and the case was continued to Nov. 20 for a pretrial conference.
The $25,000 recognizance bond set Oct. 6 has been ordered revoked and a bench warrant issued for the arrest of Ray E. Heidy, 55, of 3126 25th St. SE, Canton, on a motion of the chief assistant prosecuting attorney on grounds Heidy failed to appear at a Nov. 13 scheduled merits hearing involving a 3-year probation imposed Jan. 24, 2025, when he was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.
Jury drawing ordered
An order has been issued to draw 365 jurors for the Part 1 2026 term of Common Pleas Court. The first 25 names are to serve as grand jurors.
Dissolution granted
Quinten B. Arkenburgh of 2234 Pageant Rd. SE, Carrollton, and Harley D. Arkenburgh of 6157 Macaw Rd. NE, Minerva; petitioner restored to her former name of Harley E. Gallon.
