New Case Filed 

Westlake Services of Los Angeles, CA, has filed a complaint against Frank Richardson of 6517 Kensington Rd. NE, Carrollton, seeking judgment for $14,911.33 regarding a breach of an agreement of March 23, 2023, for purchase of an automobile.

Criminal Cases 

Substantial evidence has been found that Isaac L. LeMasters, 45, of 2074 Malone Rd., Salineville, has violated a 3-year probation imposed Feb. 8, 2024, on conviction of aggravated possession of drugs (5th-degree felony). The original sentence of 24 months in prison has been imposed to be served concurrent with a separate case in which LeMasters, whose address is listed as 416 Water St., Salineville, has withdrawn a former not guilty plea to a May 7, 2025, indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs (2nd-degree felony) and tampering with evidence (3rd-degree felony) and has entered a guilty plea to the original charges. LeMasters was given credit for 133 days of jail time toward the 24-month prison sentence.

Brent A. Brown, 37, of 8777 Sequoia Ave., Waynesburg, has entered a not guilty plea to an Aug. 6 indictment charging him with having weapons while under disability and possession of cocaine; bond set at $50,000 cash or surety with a 10 percent feature; case was continued to Aug. 14 for a pretrial.

Ace Lee Milliken, 23, of 320 N. 1st St., Dennison, formerly of 91580 Kilgore Rd., Scio, has withdrawn a former not guilty plea to a May 7 indictment charging him with attempted murder (1st-degree felony) and felonious assault (2nd-degree felony) and entered a guilty plea to an amended indictment charging Milliken with the 2nd-degree felony charge of felonious assault only. Milliken was sentenced to 4–6 years in prison with credit for 101 days of jail time.

The $25,000 recognizance bond set June 26, 2025, has been ordered revoked and a bench warrant issued for the arrest of Tiffany M. Quillin, 42, of 425 E. State St., Newcomerstown, on a motion of the prosecuting attorney on grounds the defendant absconded prior to a urine drug screen exam in violation of her pretrial release regarding a June 4 indictment charging Quillin with theft from a person in a protected class.

A new bond of $100,000 cash or surety has been set in the case of Emmalee A. Markins, 26, of 240 Spring Rd., Minerva, on a violation of a $25,000 recognizance bond set June 26 on grounds Markins failed to provide an adequate urine specimen to the Carroll County Adult Probation Department in violation of a June 4 indictment charging the defendant with possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia offenses; matter was continued to Aug. 28 for a pretrial.

Eric J. Baker, 59, of 121 Brady St., Magnolia, has withdrawn a former not guilty plea to a May 7 indictment charging him with felonious assault (2nd-degree felony) and domestic violence (1st-degree misdemeanor) and entered a guilty plea to Count 2 only. Baker was sentenced to 122 days in jail with credit for 122 days served and ordered to pay all court costs generated by his prosecution.

A capias has been issued for the arrest of Brittani R. Talarico, 34, of 8058 Stallion Rd., Magnolia, for a violation of a 1-year probation imposed June 12, 2025, upon conviction of assault.

A capias has been issued for the arrest of Adam L. Tarr, also known as Adam L. Bandrka, 39, of 8058 Stallion Rd. NW, Magnolia, for a violation of a 1-year probation imposed June 12 on conviction of assault.

Substantial evidence has been found that Timothy S. Czuchaj, 49, of 117 Reed St., Malvern, has violated a 3-year probation imposed Nov. 16, 2023, on conviction of counterfeiting and theft by deception. The original sentence of 12 months in prison was imposed with credit for 174 days of jail time.

Substantial evidence has been found that Alexander C. Williams, 28, of 43 W. Mohawk Dr., Malvern, has violated a 5-year probation imposed Dec. 8, 2020, on conviction of aggravated possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments. The defendant’s probation was revoked and the original sentence of 12 months in prison was imposed with credit for 244 days of jail time.

A motion by the Carroll County Adult Probation Department to revoke the 3-year probation imposed Jan. 23, 2025, of Sherra M. Daniels, 27, of 2008 Hillcrest Rd. NW, Apt. 2, Canton, who was convicted of 2 counts of assault and one count of obstructing official business, has been withdrawn and the defendant’s supervision has been ordered closed as unsuccessful.

Dissolutions Granted 

Dustin James Maple of 1080 Andora Rd. NE, Carrollton, vs. Rebecca Ann Maple of 729 Daniel Ave., Carrollton; petitioner restored to her maiden name of Rebecca Ann Long.

Kathleen E. Tinlin of 527 Garfield Ave. NW, Carrollton, and Brice M. Collins of 805 Applegrove St. NW, North Canton.

Judgment Granted 

Carroll County Treasurer Jeff Yeager has been granted judgment for $6,458.98 in a foreclosure action filed Feb. 21, 2025, against David J. Bell, trustee of Craig A. Tice, of 182 Twp. Rd. 259, Richmond.

Foreclosure Dismissed  

The foreclosure action filed May 30, 2025, by Servbank of Phoenix, AZ, vs. Brock R. Heath of 8540 Memorial Rd. NE, Kensington, has been dismissed on notice of the plaintiff.

Stipulated Entry Approved 

A stipulated journal entry has been approved in the other civil action filed Oct. 10, 2024, by Horizon Resources III LLC of Arvada, CO, et al, vs. Artex Energy Group LLC of Columbus, et al.
