Tuscarawas Philharmonic to offer summer performing arts music camp
The Tuscarawas Philharmonic Performing Arts Music Camp is a music enrichment program for young musicians and performers
The Tuscarawas Philharmonic Performing Arts Music Camp is a music enrichment program for young musicians and performers. Each day will include learning experiences designed to make camp an unforgettable adventure with lasting impact.
Camp will be held at Dover High School from June 15-18 and at the Zimmerman Symphony Center, part of the Canton Symphony facilities at Canton McKinley High School, from June 8-11. Programs offered at Dover will include strings, percussion, chorus and dance. Only string camp will be offered at Canton McKinley this year.
The standard cost for camp is $115. A $15 discount is available for those who register by April 15. The camp fee includes four days of instruction at each student’s skill level and a camp T-shirt.
A limited number of scholarships also are available for those who qualify. All scholarship requests must be submitted by April 15.
