‘Keep on Truckin’’ brings big rigs, books to Buckeye Library Sept. 20

The Buckeye Library will host its Keep on Truckin’ event Sept. 20 with fire trucks, tractors, balloon art, storytimes and hands-on activities for families.

Families can climb aboard fire trucks, tractors, construction vehicles and even the Medina County District Library Bookmobile during the library’s annual Keep on Truckin’ event Sept. 20 at the Buckeye Library.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the library’s parking lot, 6625 Wolff Road near the Buckeye Schools campus. The program will be held rain or shine.

Highlights include balloon creations by Nate the Great, a MAGNA-TILES road course, mini storytimes at 11, 11:30 and noon, and hands-on vehicle-themed activities.

The program is sponsored by the Friends of Medina County District Library. No registration is required. More information is available at mcdl.info/KeepOnTruckin.
