Historical Society to host haunted history event

The Medina County Historical Society will host a free haunted history event Oct. 4 in Medina, featuring local ghost stories, audience tales, and a chance to purchase Brandon Massullo’s book "Haunted Medina County."

The Medina County Historical Society will sponsor a special Halloween event featuring local tales of the paranormal.

Local homeowners will share firsthand accounts of their own ghostly encounters, and attendees will be invited to share their own unexplained experiences. The program will also highlight some of Medina’s historic residents — and why they may still be active today.

The event will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, in the Root Candles Bee Culture Conference Room, 640 W. Liberty St., Medina. It is free and open to the public.

Brandon Massullo’s book Haunted Medina County will also be available for purchase.
