OneEighty achieves Top Workplaces status again
OneEighty, for the fourth year in a row, has been designated a Top Workplaces winner by Cleveland.com and the Plain Dealer. The Top Workplaces designation was awarded to 188 companies in Northeast Ohio. OneEighty competed in the small business category.
“Being named a Top Workplace for the fourth year in a row is more than an honor; it’s a reflection of our staff, our mission and the culture we as a team have built together,” said Bobbi Douglas, OneEighty executive director.
Employers in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne counties ranked best in employee surveys conducted by engagement expert Energage. Employees participated in an anonymous survey regarding employee engagement, cultural drivers and benefit opportunities.
OneEighty attained a 79% employee survey completion rate, with the majority of respondents affirming the organization’s mission consistently serves as a driving force behind their commitment to excellence.
