Love Out Loud, a community fundraiser hosted by Troy Miller
Agency Insurance in partnership with Nashville Church of Christ, in support
of Love INC of Greater Holmes County, will take place Saturday, Aug. 23 at 5
p.m. at Nashville Church of Christ in Big Prairie.
The evening will feature a barbecue, fellowship and a live
performance by the bluegrass band My Brother’s Keeper from Cincinnati.
Known for its harmonies and lively performances, My
Brother’s Keeper blends Appalachian tradition with a modern twist and is
rooted in faith and family.
“We see this as more than just a fun evening; it’s a
tangible expression of Christ’s love in our community,” said Brad Dodson, minister
at Nashville Church of Christ. “When we gather like this, share a meal and give
generously, we’re living out the Gospel in a powerful way.”
Troy Miller Agency Insurance is covering the cost of
entertainment for the event, reflecting its ongoing commitment to meeting the
needs of the community and helping make Holmes County and the surrounding areas
stronger. Nashville Church of Christ is providing the food, making it possible
for 100% of all donations received to go directly to Love INC of Greater Holmes
County.
“This is just a great chance to come together, enjoy some barbecue and support a local ministry that’s truly making a difference,” Troy
Miller said. “We’re calling it Love Out Loud because it’s all about
showing love in action.”
Love INC helps connect local churches with people in need,
offering everything from household essentials and transportation to spiritual
encouragement and life-skills support.
