The authority of the party was then turned over to the executive committee to manage the affairs of the Tuscarawas County Democratic Party, direct and conduct campaign activities, promulgate and carry out the general policies of the party organization, promote the best interests and ideals of the Democratic Party, and perform all party duties required by statute.

The executive committee re-elected Gail Garbrandt as chair, J. Randy Feemster as vice chair, Erwin as secretary and Bob DiDonato as treasurer.

The additional executive committee members were appointed prior to the business meeting.
