Pindrop Fiber Arts Festival returns to Tappan Lake Park Sept. 27

Event features artisan vendors, live demos, kids’ crafts, farm animals, food trucks and music

Visitors can explore the world of fiber arts with artisan yarn vendors, natural fiber producers and hands-on demonstrations.

The scenic hills of northeast Ohio will welcome fiber arts enthusiasts to the third annual Pindrop Fiber Arts Festival, set for Saturday, Sept. 27, from noon to 7 p.m. at Tappan Lake Park.

Visitors can explore the world of fiber arts with artisan yarn vendors, natural fiber producers and hands-on demonstrations. Attendees will have the chance to meet the animals behind the craft, including sheep, alpacas, rabbits and goats, while also connecting with their farmers. Workshops and drop-in demonstrations will offer opportunities to learn new skills.

Families are invited to bring children for fun fiber crafts, as well as enjoy swimming and hiking around the park. Food trucks will be on site, and live music will provide the backdrop for a full day of celebration.

The Pindrop Fiber Arts Festival will take place at Tappan Lake Park, 84000 Mallarnee Road, Deersville.
