Why should residents of Jewett vote for you?
"I truly care about our community. I believe Jewett deserves leadership that is transparent and focuses on making sound and fair decisions that will help our community thrive."
Share about your experience as a current council member.
"I have been heavily involved with community events and improvements. I have organized the Jewett Community Day for the past three years, bringing fireworks back after a 40 year absence. I have also been involved with successfully obtaining a grant to fix the retaining wall on Main Street which will be worked on in 2026. I am currently working on revitalizing the Community Park building."
What issues facing Jewett are you most concerned about?
"Dilapidated, abandoned homes, some of which are seriously delinquent on property taxes. So many of these properties are a health hazard to residents living close by."
What sets you apart from other candidates?
"As a local business owner, I know firsthand what it takes to build something that lasts — hard work, accountability, and a commitment to the people you serve. I bring that same mindset to our local government."
What do you hope to accomplish if re-elected.
"I would like to continue to build the momentum for community days as it has grown each year. I would also like to be more involved in the grant process, helping our community find affordable ways to pay for improvements."

Why should residents of Jewett vote for you?
"I have proudly served on Jewett council the last four years and I believe we have done a lot of great things in the community during that time. Outside of leaving for college, I have lived in Jewett my entire life. As I drive through town, I always look for things we can improve—even the little things like street lights or repairing the roads and sidewalks. If a resident has a question or concern I am always available to listen, talk about it and bring it to light at the next council meeting, which is the third Monday of each month at 5 p.m. in the village administration building."

"Being on council is very rewarding and can also be challenging at times. I am friends with many people in the village. But when it comes to council business, you have to put your friendships to the side and focus on the facts and details. Not everyone has the same opinions. That’s not only OK, but it’s also great that we have multiple points of view when we look at improvements or issues within the village.
What issues facing Jewett are you most concerned about?
"The safety of Jewett is always a number one concern, Outside of that, maintaining the creek to prevent future flooding."
What sets you apart from other candidates?
"I listen and speak my mind. My family and I are very outgoing and we see a lot of things that go on in the village firsthand. I am also always available to speak about any village related issues when I am seen in the community."
What do you hope to accomplish if reelected?
"I will continue to do what’s best for the village and be available for any questions or comments."
