Harrison Central seniors were among the athletes recognized as 2025 Fall Sports All-Valley honorees for their performances in football, boys soccer and girls soccer.

All honorees recognized across the Ohio Valley were seniors. Harrison Central was represented by nine athletes across three of the seven fall sports categories.

In big school football, Kayne Dunkle and Brady Hyre were named to the first team. Chaz Culbertson and Nate Dulkoski earned second-team honors, while Zander Stabile was named to the third team.

“I am happy for our young men to be honored and recognized as part of the 2025 All-Valley Football Team,” Harrison Central head football coach Anthony Hayes said. “These guys have put in a tremendous amount of hard work this year and throughout their high school careers. Their positive leadership led the way for our team. They came to work every day wanting to get better and help make others better.”

Hayes highlighted Dunkle’s production on offense, noting he led the team with 56 receptions and more than 800 receiving yards.

“When we needed a play on offense, he was our guy,” Hayes said.

Hyre, the team’s quarterback, threw for nearly 1,800 yards and accounted for 22 touchdowns.

“When you play quarterback in our offense, you are expected to do a lot of things,” Hayes said. “Brady accepted that role and the big responsibilities that come along with being the quarterback at Harrison Central.”

Hayes also praised Culbertson and Stabile, who moved to inside linebacker positions and finished first and second on the team in tackles, and Dulkoski, who he described as the vocal leader of the team.

“These young men love being Huskies,” Hayes said. “They are a great representation of the work ethic and values that we expect from our players as students, community members and athletes.”

In boys soccer, Hunter Fulton and Justin Scott were named to the third team.

“I’m really happy they are being recognized for their hard work,” Harrison Central boys soccer coach Derek Gramling said. “Hunter was the heart of our team this year. He was everywhere in the midfield and set the school record for steals in a season with 31. He also had one goal and one assist.”

Gramling said Scott was the team’s top attacking player, recording five goals, two assists and 21 steals while often drawing multiple defenders.

In girls soccer, Lillianne Smith and Emma Patterson earned third-team honors.

“Emma Patterson was a captain for us for two years,” Harrison Central girls soccer coach Mindy Madzia said. “She played many positions this past season, from scoring goals up front to stealing the ball in the midfield and helping defensively. She was a leader and will be greatly missed.”

Smith, a junior captain, recorded 301 saves during the season.

“Lillianne showed great leadership and supported every team member,” Madzia said. “She communicates well in goal and sees the field.”

In recognizing athletes throughout the Ohio Valley, organizers also noted the dedication and effort displayed by student-athletes throughout the fall season and the role sports play in shaping leadership, perseverance and community pride.
