FlexFit offers free low-impact workout in Cadiz

FlexFit, a low-impact cardio and toning class, is held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Vintage Fitness, 157 W. Market St., Cadiz.

The class features low-impact cardio and optional light hand weights for toning. Music ranges from the 1980s through today, and the workout is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced participants.

The program is free and open to everyone.

Organizers describe the class as fun, energizing and effective, with “no pressure, no judgment — just movement and good vibes.”

FlexFit is sponsored by the Harrison County Health Department.
